The Story

Strawberry season lasts just three months, and so does this cake.
Every morning the strawberries come straight from the farms in Dahu. We choose berries of even size with a good balance of sweet and sharp: one layer in the middle, one on top. The sponge gets a light brush of strawberry syrup so the fruit runs through every bite.
Strawberries don't keep, so please enjoy it the day it arrives or the day after.
