Privacy Policy

• Order details: recipient name, mobile number, delivery address, email address and order notes.
• Transaction details: order contents, amount and payment method.
• Technical data: browser type, IP address, browsing history and cookies, used to keep your cart working and to improve the website.
• Membership data: when you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the name, email address and account identifier that account shares (Apple lets you hide your real email). We never receive your password. Plus anything you add yourself: mobile number, birthday (month and day only) and saved addresses.
• Referrals: if you join through a referral link, we record who referred you so we can give out referral rewards. The person who referred you only sees a masked version of your email.

Your card number, expiry date and security code are processed directly by our payment provider, PAYUNi, on its own secure page. We never see or store any card details.

• To process your order, arrange delivery and provide transaction records.
• To keep you updated on your order and delivery by text message or email.
• To answer your enquiries and handle returns and exchanges.
• With your consent, to send you news about new products and offers; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To calculate and give out member points, tiers, birthday gifts and referral rewards.
• To carry out statistical analysis (on de-identified data) so we can improve our products and website.

To complete your order, we share data only to the extent necessary with the following partners, and require them to protect your personal data in accordance with the law:

• Delivery: Black Cat (T-cat) Takkyubin (name, phone number, address).
• Payments: PAYUNi (order number, amount, payment result).
• Sign-in: Apple and Google (used only to confirm who you are; we don’t share your orders with them).
• Our website hosting and database providers.

Except as described above or as required by law, we will never sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal data to any third party.

This website uses cookies and browser storage to remember your cart and your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (such as the cart) may not work properly.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see where visitors come from, so we can learn which content is useful and improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect de-identified browsing data; it does not include your name, phone number or address. To opt out, install Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Order and transaction records are kept for at least five years, as required by tax law. Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may at any time ask us to: let you inspect or review your data; provide a copy; supplement or correct it; stop collecting, processing or using it; or delete it. Just email us and we’ll deal with your request within 15 working days.

Members can also download their data or delete their account themselves under My account → Profile. Deleting erases your name, email, phone, birthday and addresses straight away and voids your points; order records are kept for tax purposes, without anything that identifies you.
