Terms of Service

• Product information and prices on this website are an invitation to make an offer. When you place an order, we accept it by sending an order confirmation, and the contract is formed at that point.
• If an item is out of stock, clearly mispriced, or your order details are incomplete, we may cancel the order by notifying you within 2 working days of payment, and will refund you in full.
• All prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$) and include tax. Shipping is charged separately and shown clearly at checkout.

We accept credit cards, ATM transfers and convenience-store payment codes through PAYUNi. ATM and convenience-store payments must be completed by the payment deadline; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.

We are currently run by an individual and not yet registered as a business, so by law we cannot issue uniform invoices or invoices made out to a company tax ID number. If you need proof of purchase, please email us for a transaction record (receipt). Once we have registered as a business, we will update these terms and begin issuing e-invoices.

Delivery areas, shipping fees, dispatch times and return rules are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. As perishable goods, our desserts are exempt from the seven-day cooling-off period.

All of our products are made in the same kitchen and may contain, or have come into contact with, gluten, eggs, milk, nuts and soya. Each product page lists the main ingredients and storage instructions; please store items as directed and enjoy them before their best-before date. We cannot be held responsible for quality issues caused by not following the storage instructions.

All text, images, product designs and brand marks on this website belong to us and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, courier strikes or system failures, but we will do our best to help rearrange delivery or arrange a refund. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; amendments take effect once posted on this page.
