Can I buy ambient, chilled and frozen items in one order?

Yes. Your cart automatically splits items into separate parcels by temperature zone, each with its own shipping fee and free-shipping threshold, so you’ll see the cost of every box before you check out.

If I order today, when will it arrive?

Orders paid by 15:00 ship the same day and usually reach addresses on the main island the next working day. We don’t ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Can I choose a delivery date or time slot?

In the order notes at checkout, you can request a morning, afternoon or evening slot, or a preferred delivery date (at least 2 working days ahead). We’ll do our best to accommodate it, though actual timing depends on Black Cat.

Is there a minimum order?

No. That said, once a single temperature zone reaches its free-shipping threshold (ambient NT$1,500, chilled NT$1,800, frozen NT$1,800), shipping is free — so it’s better value.

How do I thaw the frozen Basque cheesecake?

Thaw it in the fridge for 6–8 hours (or move it to the fridge the night before). Half-thawed, it’s like ice cream; fully thawed, it’s like a set custard — both are delicious. Once thawed, keep it refrigerated, finish it within 3 days, and don’t refreeze it.

How long does the Hokkaido cream roll keep?

Up to 4 days in the fridge at 0–7°C. Fresh cream is sensitive to warmth, so eat it within 30 minutes of taking it out and put any leftovers straight back in the fridge.

How should I store the cookies once opened?

Kept sealed in a cool, dry place at room temperature, they last 21 days — avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Once opened, they’re at their crispest if eaten within 7 days.

How do I bake the frozen croissant dough?

Take the dough out and leave it at room temperature for about 2 hours to thaw and prove (until it’s roughly 1.5 times its original size), brush with egg wash, then bake at 200°C for 18 minutes. Step-by-step instructions are on the card inside your parcel.

How can I pay?

By credit card, ATM transfer or convenience-store payment code, all processed through PAYUNi.

Do you issue invoices? Can you add a company tax ID number?

We’re currently run by an individual and not yet registered as a business, so we don’t issue uniform invoices and can’t add a company tax ID number. If you need proof of purchase, just email us for a transaction record.

Can you send it straight to the recipient? Will the price be in the parcel?

Yes — just enter their details as the recipient. There’s no pricing information in the parcel; the transaction record is emailed only to the person who placed the order. You can also leave a gift-card message in the order notes (up to 50 characters).

Do you deliver to the outlying islands?

Ambient items can be delivered to Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu for an extra NT$150 remote-area fee, arriving within 2–3 working days. Because of cold-chain limitations, chilled and frozen items are currently delivered to Taiwan’s main island only.
