Our Kitchen
關於我們
RuTiTi began with a simple idea: good desserts shouldn’t be only for people who happen to live near the shop.
The hard part was never making desserts — it was getting them to you intact. A fresh cream cake won’t last an hour at room temperature, cookies go soft once chilled, and a Basque cheesecake has to be blast-frozen to keep its soft, half-set centre.
So we sort every dessert by the temperature it needs — ambient, chilled or frozen — and pack and ship each one separately. A single order may arrive as two or three parcels. That’s a deliberate choice: it’s the only way to make sure every piece arrives at its best.

Four Principles
我們的四個堅持
Ingredients First
食材先行
French cultured butter, Hokkaido milk and local fruit in season. Eighty per cent of a good dessert is decided the moment the ingredients are bought; the other twenty is craft.
Baked to Order
接單製作
We don’t keep large stocks. Most items go into the oven early the morning after you order, and are packed the moment they come out.
The Right Temperature
對的溫度
Cookies hate damp, fresh cream hates heat, and a Basque cheesecake needs freezing to lock in that just-baked texture. Each one ships in the temperature zone it needs, with different zones sent in separate boxes.
Honest About Freshness
誠實面對新鮮
Desserts are perishable, so the seven-day cooling-off period doesn’t apply. But if anything is wrong when your order arrives, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll put it right.
