The Story

Tiramisu is often translated as "take me away". We wanted to make one you'd want to take with you.
The ladyfingers are soaked in espresso pulled that same day, with no coffee flavouring. Mascarpone and egg yolks are whipped until silky, then layered with the biscuits and finished with a dusting of Dutch cocoa.
A night in the fridge brings the flavours together, so it's actually best the day after it arrives.
