The Story
關於這款甜點
The "nama" in nama chocolate means "fresh": it's made with so much fresh cream, and is so soft, that it can't be kept at room temperature.
We use koicha-grade matcha from Uji. Its bitterness runs deep enough to stand up to the sweetness of white chocolate. Each box holds 16 pieces, every one cut by hand and dusted with matcha.
Thaw in the fridge before eating. They soften quickly once out, so take just one at a time.
