The Story
關於這款甜點
A cookie's crumble comes down to how much butter goes in, and how warm it is. We use French Isigny cultured butter, beaten until pale and doubled in volume, then pipe each rosette by hand.
The caramel is cooked in-house with a pinch of Guérande sea salt: salt running through the sweet, so one is never quite enough.
Sealed in a tin, they keep for three weeks at room temperature. This is the box we recommend most for gifting.
