The Story

A croissant is at its best in the first ten minutes out of the oven, so we decided to hand the oven over to you.
The dough is hand-laminated with AOP cultured butter into 27 layers, shaped, then blast-frozen. All you do is take them out to thaw the night before, let them proof for two hours in the morning, brush with egg wash and bake.
An instruction card comes in the parcel, so even your first batch won't go wrong.
